whats this buisness that they were crying on the season 6 finale.

I was reading in one of the Friends message boards. That was there when they filmed the finale and they were all crying at the end. Especially Courteney and Jennifer. Everyone was really upset! I was thinking that they were crying because that may have been the end. Or they may do it at the end of the season. I am not sure, I am confused. So please email me on what you think: [email]

If I was a cynical person I might say this is an idea dreamed up by tabloids to substantiate their own rumours that Friends is finished. Since nobody who posted spoilers about the finale mentioned this I think it's probably crap.

Unless whoever said they were crying had binoculars or something (or perhaps the exact opposite), I don't see how they would have seen either CCA or JA cry at the end.. I was sitting in the audience, front and center (literally--for those of you who were at the taping, you may have noticed three Asian guys sitting right next to Jim the announcer guy; I was one of them), and saw no crying whatsoever.

In the storyline, Monica was weepy at the end. I'm sure those of you who read the spoilers can understand why.

Hellooooo!!! After getting drunk in Vegas, Tom Hawley doodled cat whiskers on his/her face and miaowed this little lot at a statue...

Ah, but somebody *did* - it originated from someone who claims to have been at the taping, and the same person *did* provide a spoiler (albeit a small one).

Yeah I later saw that. The one that could barely string a sentence together. I'm still cynical :)

I attended the taping and stuck around for as long as I could at the end. I didn't really see anyone crying, but there was a lot of hugging. Perhaps this rumor materialized from someone who misinterpreted the spoilers, because I mentioned that *in the episode* there is crying and a few emotional moments. But at the end of the actual taping there didn't seem like there was any crying as if it was the last one. ok those were my thoughts on that.

Well the next night they had the cast wrap party, I think if they knew the season was ending then they would have called it a finale party. Maybe they were sad they wouldn't be seeing eachother for a while, or the possibility that it could be the last one, although it seems like they are trying to get a deal work out from what I've read here.
