In Series 3, there is an episode where Pheeb's old singing partner comes back, recently fired from her jingle-writing job, and ends up selling Smelly Cat as a jingle. Who was she, is she a real singer in real life?

She played the friend in "Valley Girl" and I think she was the girlfriend in "Pee Wee's Big Adventure". Also, she was the singer in the band that played at the prom in "Better Off Dead".
