I'll start by saying that I think this spoiler police thing is lame. I think we should be able to handle the spoiler space stuff ourselves. I do, also understand that you do this as a service and it helps in some situations. I'm not going to try to tell you to stop this because it's not up to me, but might I just suggest that if you are going to add the space for messages that contain spoilers w/out space, you do it and not explain why you're doing it. In a recent post, a spoiler "cop" added space because the titles of episodes were spoilers. Fine. Add the space if you want. But this "cop" also added a description of why she added the space. It comes across like you're talking down to others. Whether or not that's intentional is not the point. It comes across that way.
So if you want to add the space, do it and leave it at that.

P.S. I'm not interested in making this into a big topic so I would appreciate it if I don't get replies to this. If The Spoiler Police read this and decide to use my suggestion....great. If not, that's fine. Let your actions be your answer.
