The ironic thing about this is that Tom Selleck- who was once a regular cast member- wears almost nothing but Ralph Lauren on air, on screen and in real life. He is not payed to wear it. He just likes the clothes.

What if you work at RL but RL clothing doesn't fit you? WHat if you are dirt poor when you first start working there and cannot afford any new clothing, even at 80% off, until you've been working there a few months?
Or, if the requirement is for EVERONE and I work in shipping/recieving or a dirty place, I will not wear a $60 shirt.
The corporate offices, with contact with outsiders and other clients, then I can see a required attire.
