Never. A friend told me how she noticed it in 906 that it was still there. I know I've seen it around in S8, but haven't yet checked in S9. If my friend was wrong I'll publish the email address so you can send her nasty emails for disinforming me :)

The last time I checked there was still a saw mark, but the door seemed one piece. Perhaps someone glued it or something like that. I'll have to look again when I get a chance.
