Kudrow Says No Nooky for Joey
Don't expect the last two uninvolved Friends to get friendlier.
Lisa Kudrow, who plays giddy, guitar-totin' Phoebe on the hit NBC sitcom, is backpedaling after she hinted at a possible love match between her character and Joey, the fun-lovin' horn-dog portrayed by Matt LeBlanc.
"It's just a question of when it will happen," Kudrow recently confided to the Calgary Sun. "Maybe they'll save it until the very last episode. Maybe [the writers] will keep us all hanging on."
Now the actress is rushing to say there will be no more Noah's ark action on Friends. With Ross (David Schwimmer) on his third divorce and Monica (Courteney Cox Arquette) and Chandler (Matthew Perry) planning their upcoming wedding, Kudrow says that there's no way that the two remaining Friends will hook up.
"I don't think it's going to happen," she tells TV Guide. "I know that the writers feel, 'Jesus, God. We've had Ross and Rachel [Jennifer Aniston], and now we have Monica and Chandler. . No. No!' We can't be that show where it's just these six people that hook up in different couples."
So instead, it's just the show on which everyone is emaciated, tan, and living in amazing New York City digs, despite working half-heartedly at mediocre jobs that, in the real world, would pay for a Brooklyn studio apartment shared by three. The Friends stars, who are each currently living off a $750,000 per-episode salary, would be wise to enjoy it now - most expect the show to end when the actors' two-year contract is up.

In future episodes Joey will realize he loves Phoebe, I don't know when, but it is pretty obvious they will. In fact, I want it because we can have some fun with them, imagine it! Joey with his stupid jokes and Phoebe with her weird sentences (conversations) ... writers can create funny scripts. Remember when Joey kissed Phoebe thinking she was Ursula? Phoebe seemed like that! and Joey said she was looking more beautiful (that day) ...

Why should they be together? If that'l happen, Joey and Pheebs will be a couple, Ross and Rachel allready have a history, and Chandler and Monica are married! If it continues this way, it'll turn in to a soap opera..!
