I got fed up and sent a message to [email], the following is what they said:
"Thank you for reporting this incident to us. Due to our Privacy Policy we are unable to enclose any subscriber information or details of any actions taken. As one of Canada's largest ISP's, Look Communications (formerly Internet Direct) has a strict anti-SPAM policy. Use of our network, servers or any other service provided by Look Communications to send unsolicited bulk email constitutes infringement of the Terms and Conditions that apply to all of our subscribers. These Terms and Conditions may be viewed on our website at: http://www.look.ca/e/legal/abuse.htm
Our abusive user has been identified and we have taken appropriate measures to ensure that unsolicited email can no longer originate from the offending account.
