Ross & Rachel question

I have missed a good part of the last couple of seasons -- in fact, I missed
the entire Ross & Rachel getting married part of it.   In what season did
that happen?   What were the circumstances that made them do that?

They got married in the end of 5th season (episode 523-524), when they were in Vegas to visit Joey (he was to star in a film there)

Plus, they got drunk and then got married. Neither remembered it the next morning until they went to breakfast with the rest of the group. ~~~ Kathy

I love that scene where they come out of the chapel: Ross: "Well hello Mrs Ross" Rachel: "Well hello Mr Rachel" then they stagger off in opposite directions.
