i saw at the french friends net its called the one with monica's soulmate. can anyone confirm this? also, at the same site- i saw you could download the whole season 8- but its in french- anyone know how to download it in english?

Yes. I can confirm it. That is the correct name. A girl who went to the 816 taping also got to see a reshoot of the final Joey/Ross scene in 815. She gave a very detailed spoiler which tells the result of the Ross/Joey discussion and she caught hell for doing it because nobody wanted to believe her story. As one of the stories *does* have something, somehow, to do with Monica and the concept of a soulmate, and because she described Joey/Ross with absolute accuracy, I believe her. So I know how this turned out and am less angry at the Olympics than you are. :-)

Ross and Joey really are solid, close friends.
This is easy on nobody.
Rachel is her own woman and she makes her own decisions. She is NOT a trophy to be won and lost through the conversations of others.
She may also have enough good judgment to know an approaching emotional landmine when she sees it.

Well, since last week, the first seven episodes of Season 8 have come with french subtitles, but the audio is of course still the original. The others are not subbed yet.
