The site, www.128.131.167.44/~cwshs/Friends, (you know the one I mean), doesn't support resuming downlaods does it.

Hellooooo!!! After getting drunk in Vegas, Charlie doodled cat whiskers on his/her face and miaowed this little lot at a statue...
Try using a proxy server - cache.bt.net, port 3128 is a good one - they tend to enable resuming even on a non-resuming server.
