7:17 The One With The Cheap Wedding Dresses *********************************************************************

Hello! I went to last night's taping, it was the last taping of this year and they're now all on holiday. I think it's ep #14 but I'm not sure. I got in late so I only saw the 2nd half. enjoy!
This is what happened before I got there. Monica decides to go to a discount wedding dress store. So she goes and finds the perfect dress. Monica and another woman fight for the dress. Monica gets the dress but the other woman threatens to take the band Monica wants to play at her wedding. So the other woman blackmails Monica... so it's either the dress or the band. Monica finds out that Chandler really wants to hire the swing band for the wedding because when he and Monica first danced to them, he knew that he wanted to dance all his dances with her. When Monica hears this sweet thing she says, "Aw crap!"
Meanwhile Joey and Ross find out that they are dating the same girl, Kristin so they fight (physically!) over her. (The girl that plays Kristin is an African-American actress, which I think is cool that Friends is broadening the actors they put in their show.)
I came in when Monica is with Phoebe and Rachel at her apartment and they try to convince Chandler not to have the swing band. But Monica hears that nice thing and is stuck between choosing the nice wedding dress or the band.
Then another scene was done with Ross and Kristin waiting for their table in a restaraunt and then Joey comes in and sits with them in the bar. Ross and Joey pretend they don't know each other. This was the most hilarious scene. After Joey sits down Ross first tells him that he looks familiar. Kristin tells Ross that Joey is the star of Days of Our Lives, then Ross gets Joey to admit that really isn't a big star and that his character is in a coma. Then Joey asks Ross if he's ever been married before. Ross says that he told Kristin that he was and that he has a son. Joey asks if it was only the one time and gets Ross to admit he was married 2 more times after the first. Ross then says he getting hungry and asks Joey, "Hey Joey, have you ever been so hungry that on a date when the girl goes to the bathroom you eat some of her food?" Then Joey asks why that first marriage broke up, was it because she was straight or a lesbian, because Ross looks like the type to push a woman over the edge into being a lesbian. Then Ross tells Joey, "Hey weren't you on a poster for gonherrea?" (I can't spell it but it's a venereal disease) Then Joey says "Have you ever slept in the same bed with a monkey?" Then Ross yells "You leave Marcel outta this!" The girl gets fed up and leaves and doesn't want both of them to call her. They protest but she tells them her brother is a cop, then they quickly yell bye. Ross is mad at Joey for chasing the girl away, they're both about to leave when their table for two is ready. Ross asks Joey is he's hungry and at one take he says "Am I Joey?" So they both go and eat. In another take when asked if he was hungry Matt LeBlanc said "Does a bear sh*t in the woods?" The whole scene was very funny, especially when they did the first take because David and Matt kept laughing at each other. They'd laugh just by looking at each other. The scene reminded me of the time when Monica and Rachel kept saying bad things about each other when they switched places to date the ER docs.
The last scene was Monica choosing the band over the dress. Rachel and Phoebe it's a really nice thing she's doing but they'd never do it. Since Monica is giving the dress away to the mean woman Phoebe decides to put a curse on it. Phoebe ask for a ostrich egg and a widow's tear. Monica then asks for a simpler curse. Phoebe says "Wedding day, husband's gay. Oh wait, Monica you weren't supposed to be holding it... oh well." And that's the last scene.
The tag is Monica comes home and sees the guys sitting on the couch with their backs facing her. She asks what's going on and they turn around to show that they have mud masks on their faces. Monica says "I leave you girls alone." and then goes into her room. As she does Ross says that in 10 minutes he's gonna have younger looking skin. After she goes in Joey says yeah and high fives Ross then says Monica might a little and a whistle motion.
That's it!
I was told when the taping starting the cast threw candy into the audience. And at the end the cast were giving each other good-bye hugs and kisses. So that's it Friends on vacation!
