Friends dvd box set complete 1-10 myth?

Hi

I have seen an advert on eBay for a 'authentic region 2' dvd boxset of all 10 series in a cool Friends opening box.

Does anyone know if this is authentic? Will this be released officially at some point? I cant seem to find it anywhere.
