This is what makes me think that it might not be Rachel. Lets just say that it is Rachel, when they walk out of the church all anybody is going to be talking about is Rachel. None of them will be able to focus on the wedding. This is just like what happened when they got engaged. Rachel "stole monicas thunder" when she kissed Ross. But this time, not only is Rachel possibly pregnant on Monicas wedding day but she doesn't try to cover it up very well AND she pins it on Monica (possibly ruining the best day of her life). How will Monica forgive her???

Remember, Rachel's desperate. There are so many possibilties on who the father is, just follow all the speculations, and the rumors going on right now. She DIDN'T want to steal Monica's thunder, so she avoided the possibility of herself the best way she could. Everyone knows how much Monica wants children. It was the only acceptable way she could come up with to keep all the limelight on Monica, on her wedding day. As for not covering it up well, it's Rachel, and she's just not that great and keeping up with herself. She's only truly been on her own for a few years, there's still a lot to learn. And I think she did hide it as well as she could at the time. Pheobe was digging in there for a bit before finding it. If she hadn't messed around with the trash, I don't think it wouldn't have been found.
Yes, Monica will be mad. But more than that, I believe she'll be very happy; her best friend is pregnant. Is having a baby. AND she didn't let this out and ruin her wedding day.

I agree with Mardi.
IF Rachel is pregnant and everyone finds out on the wedding day itself, Monica will be more concerned for her friend than angry with her. This is not the same situation as the one in 701. Monica won't be so insensitive to lash out on Rachel who is having an unplanned pregnancy.
