Help!
Have just purchased Series 5 on video to discover that the first tape (Episodes 1 to 4) has been supplied WITHOUT the teasers to each episode (is "teaser" the correct term for "the bit before the credits before the body of the episode gets underway"? - that's the bit I mean).
Is this a common observation, something unique to New Zealand or HAVE I IN SOME WAY COME INTO THE POSSESSION OF A DUD TAPE!!!!???
Can anyone help? Please advise.

I suppose a dud might *just* be supplied without the teaser for the first episode, but not all four. What are the British tapes like, people?
Are the DVDs okay? (Maybe you could swap them when you go to the store for a refund, Paul).
BTW, when exactly does Season 6 start in NZ? Another Kiwi is asking me.

Mmmmm, that's interesting. The same thing happened to me, but it was with the first four episodes of series 2 - I took it back and got another one that DID have the teasers. My Series 5 episodes 1-4 video does have teasers, so my thoughts are that you unfortunately do have a dud tape.

The tapes are just copied off a master - the beginning might be missed, but not bits out of the middle that just happen to be the other three teasers.
Maybe there are different versions, for some reason.

I had the same problem. All the teasers on the video with 501, 502, 503 and 504 were missing except 501. I bought my cassette in Sweden, and since I don't live in that country, I couldn't get another one. But it really is weird...
