Where are they now?

The thought's always crossed my mind: what has become of some of the show's non-recurring guest stars? And by that, I mean the characters they played, not the actors. Has anyone ever been curious about where these people went after playing their parts in the Friends' lives?

I personally always wondered if things worked out between Julie and Russ. But even more I wonder whatever happened to Eddie? (Chandler's psycho roommate for 3 eps in Series 2 when Joey moved out).

Anybody got any thoughts on these characters or others?

IMHO most of the said characters were just throw away characters, and they were only there to give a short tangent to the main story line i.e. the guy who played Phoebe's brother in an earlier episode, before he was Phoebe's brother, I think in series 2 was a stranger-I think it was the one where Phoebe was Santa outside a shop and had a bucket for spare change.

Wasn't that the one where a professional was hired to replace Phoebe and she was outside Central Perk playing for spare change? The guy threw a condom in her guitar case.

yea, that's it. The one where she had the bucket for spare change was a much later episode. Also, I don't know if it's been mentioned in here, but I saw a thing in TV Guide saying Frank was gonna be back for an episode this season.

I remember the scene/episode, but could that be a prelude to Phoebe meeting Frank Jr? I mean, Frank Jr and condom-throwing stranger aren't that different.

No... they were the same guy...

I heard that Frank will be back this season...something about the triplets..

It was actually the episode where Phoebe was replaced at Central Perk by a paid performer. So, she decided to go outside and play for money. But it wasn't lucrative, and "Smelly Cat" didn't do as well as she hoped. Some people just don't get "Smelly Cat."

No, she is now married to a really obnoxious Laotian man in Texas.

He became a mathematician. He wasn't really psycho, apparently (or else he was successfully treated) but he had this really psycho friend.
