If I had to guess, I'd say it was probably Twisted Metal.
It was "love ya," but it was not really a sarcastic remark. Remember, at the beginning of this episode (TOW Ross Got High), Chandler was wondering why Ross and Monica's parents don't like him. So he's asking his friends to figure this out for him, but they were too busy playing video games to help him.... Let's look at this in more context.
Chandler: Ross, your parents like me, right?
[Throughout this, Ross is keeping most of his attention on the game, and not towards Chandler.]
Ross: Yes, of course they like you.
Chandler: Well, Monica just told me that they don't.
Ross: Yeah, they don't like you.
Chandler: Do you know why?
Ross: I dunno, maybe it's because you're really sarcastic. Or maybe
it's 'cause you uh...
Chandler: Well if people don't know, they shouldn't just guess!

for.
Joey: Maybe I could give thanks with you shuttin' up, eh?
Chandler: Maybe I could give thanks by taking my Playstation over to
my new apartment.
Joey: Well, maybe I love ya.
So Joey's comment was an attempt to keep Chandler from taking the Playstation away. Since Chandler seemed to be obsessed with people not liking him, Joey's basically saying--"They don't like you. I do. Let me keep playing with your Playstation."
Besides, since it was Chandler's Playstation, not Joey's, it wouldn't make sense for Joey to be saying that he'd loan something that didn't belong to himself to the original owner.
