I can;t remember who.. infact I think it was me.. who suggested that some people got togetehr for a FRIENDS marathon in that you have to watch every episode of Friends back to back non stop right through. I worked out it would take at least a couple of days !! any other London fans interested ?? we could raise money for charity..
If a 100 monkeys each could get their own show (alt.tv.friends), perhaps one day (Sat, 6 May 2000 08:39:43 +0100) a chimp ("Helena" ) might say:
<g> count me in Helena.. I think it'd be good getting some of the London local ATF posse together, like a meet or soemthing (we have 'em at UMTF unfortunately for all the last ones my parents wont let me go, grr..)

What about the Americans??

some
stop
arrange your own meeting.. but the thing is everything in the good ole USA is on a much bigger scale.. so it would need a lot of organisation here in the UK.... people can get to the nearest big city fairly quickly.. ok.. 5 hours isn;t too long !! or half an hour if you are me !!
5 hour plane ride would get us all together..
I say we meet in NY lol..
or half an hour if you are me !!

Woohoo Tennant, you're in there! :)
Well I guess that would solve the "he/she" issue....
Jac, laughing like crazy. I've only drunk a bottle of wine and 2 liqueurs. I like this "celebrating birthday 10 days early" idea of my mum's....
happy birthday. Jacqui, drink a lot of water, OK?

<g> yes mum.<g> Got a BIG bottle of water here, and taking all sorts of sensible advice.
Thanks. ;)

It's not actually until next Tuesday, but I'm busy next weekend and working on the Wednesday, so celebrating it last night seemed like a good plan. ;)
Jac (not at all hungover, you'll be pleased to note. I never am)
Oh... Im sorry jacqui. I'll get hungover for you then shall I?
Lol. Bill, I hereby legally bequeath you ALL of my unused hangovers. Feel free to get hungover on my behalf any day you like. :)
Jac
umm.. no thanks

Act, that was directed solely at Bill. I wouldn't bequeath you my hangovers, trust me. (You can have the allergy to pineapple if you want, it's damned inconvenient) :)
Jac
No way! I love pineapple!
~Act
heh. Luckily for me I don't actually like it (not like the mango allergy which annoys me so much I often give in and eat it anyway, then suffer afterwards). But it's in too many things, and the allergy is too severe, to be happy about it. (I get nauseous if I even smell it...)
Jac
Mango is good too but there isn't much of it around. Except in popsicle sticks. Now an allegy to sloppy Joe or carrots I wouldnt mind at all!
I can have people stop forcing me to try it over and over again. they just dont get it!
~Act
Well there goes my idea of sending you pineapple scented candles
you
then
too
Rofl.
I'm almost out of the root beer sweets Lee and Jen sent me, though (hint hint) ;)
Jac (well what good are birthdays if you can't hint for presents?) ;)
Well, ok then i better send back the car i was gonna have shipped over to you
now where to get root beer sweets
(hint
You KNOW I can't/mustn't drive. Don't torture me! ;)
Jen got them in a supermarket last year, but that was CA....
Jac
Heh - he can have all of mine too, I never suffer either. :)

Know how it is; I'm celebrating my b-day a week earlier this year (on the 20th), basically because there's a party then and there's not going to be one on my actual b-day. :)
I never get the headaches, but I just feel... ugh. :)
oh my bday is only 3 days before yours..

I've not even started driving yet! That's just when they're actually going to let me behind the wheel! :) We can't drive until we're 17 here, grrrr... so of course, I booked my first lesson for my birthday. :) (A saying that's common around here: "If you can learn to drive in Cambridge, you can drive anywhere!" :))
LOL good luck and have fun!

Actually you aren't that bad jac. My cousin emailed me once when she was really drunk. She is 2 years younger than me, but she is a fantastic speller. I think she typed 2 words correctly, and one sentence was comprehensible out of it. She kept wondering from one subject to the other when none of them made sense. It was the funniest email I have ever read, including all the jokes I've read.

I still have the log, it's encrypted :)

I passed GCSE Statistics after a pint of snakebite on a hot lunchtime. :)
I maintain to this day that I'd only have got a C if I'd been completely sober, as my long-term recall seems to work slightly better after a drink (but only the one). It also saved me from cheating as my paranoia kicked in... the guy in front of me got up ten minutes before the end and left his workings out on the desk. I could quite clearly read a formula that I'd forgotten... I didn't do anything about it because I was convinced that, not being 100% sober, I would definitely have given myself away... also because I've never cheated at anything and I didn't want to start then. It was only one question, not life and death.
Jac
Good for you. I must admit that I have given into the cheating temptations before.
Especially on stupid quizzes that are to test if you've read the chapter but whether I've read the chapter or not I still fail them. So..it pissed me off that I read a chapter got a 49 on the quiz I didnt read the next and got a 40.
So on a few I got some help by friends. There was no point to the quizzes in my mind.
