What I would like to see in season 7

Okay, most of us have seen the season finale of season 6 where Chandler and Monica become officially engaged, right? Okay, well, assuming that Season 7 will start right where Season 6 ended. (Probably 1 or 2 days after the proposal. We'll just call the season premiere of Season 7, TOW the day after the proposal). Being that Season 7 will presumable take place sometime in May, this is my thoughts on what I would like to see happen.

a. Monica becomes pregnant. Right off the bat. We'll probably find out 2 or three eppys into the season.

b. The wedding takes place in November (during sweeps month). Now, I know you're going to say that it'll look like it took 2 months after the proposal, but....it's tv, so they can turn 2 months into 6 very easily. Other than the seasonal holiday eppy's, we never do know what time of year it is.

c. Since Monica gets preggers in May. The baby will be born in February, 2001. That's right. During February sweeps.

and...finally....

d. The Ross and Rachel's on-again off-again relationship is back on-again. That coupling will take place in the season finale during May sweeps. So the season finale next year will once again belong to R&R.

And of course, Joey and Phoebe will be thrown in there for joyous comic relief. What else can the writers do for them?

Nuh uh. Not a chance. If she does become pregnant, we will not find out early. In fact, the writers will most likely drag it out as long as they can, just as they do for EVERYthing else

Of course CCA might throw a spanner in the works - if she gets pregnant IRL, they'll have to write it in whenever it happens.

It should be at Thanksgiving, so that Chandler won't have a reason to hate the holiday anymore.

Yes, let's put them more into the forefront. C&M dominated Seasons 5-6 (stop smirking Claire) while R&R dominated Seasons 1-4. Poor Phoebe has only shared one cliffhanger, and Joey has never had a storyline bigger than moving out to his own apartment. I would end Season 7 with Phoebe in real strife as she attempts to pull Ursula out of the gutter, while Joey is stunned when Angela Delvecchio presents him with a 6yo son...

What about Kate? I agree though; they are underused.

I like both those ideas. They represent chance for real personal growth in each case.

Have a good storyline with the otehr characters.. and have Phoebe get some kind of job..or something!
