This just occurred to me while watching Series 1 recently . . .
Did they ever give a reason why Monica wasn't invited to Rachel's wedding to Barry? They were close friends through high school, it was apparently a large wedding -- doesn't seem to make sense that she wouldn't have been invited.
Just curious, wondering if I missed an explanation along the way.

I don't know why, but I do remember that in the coffee house, or possibly back in the apartment, Monica makes a remark about not being invited to Rachel's wedding.
