If you look at what is on the box, and then go to "episodes" from the menu, you'll see that they're just off a bit -- like TOW Phoebe can't run is shown on the box as the LAST episode on disk 1, but is actually on disk 2 instead, and the last episode shown on the box for disk 2 is actually on disk 3. A tad confusing if you're looking for a specific episode.

the gag reel is about 9.5 minutes. It's got some bloopers from previous specials (some of the Conan hosted ones show up), but there was quite a few I hadn't seen before. The last thing on disc 4 says the following: Leaf Through the Friends of Friends Guestbook, Hilarious Gag Reel, Test Your Luck with the Casino Challenge Trivia Quiz, Gunther Spills the Beans About Next Season. Plus the 3 episodes with commentary.
