I think you should have been more specific because when she first glances at what he wrote on that paper she says "Well...Hello Mr. Chandler," but then later when Chandler is becoming in control and saying "No!" and "thats final" to Monica well...then...she says "Wow, money and a firm hand, finally, a Chandler I can get on board with." Were you talking about the first or second? either way, Owen got both right.
