During the sequence where Phoebe introduced Monica to an English guy who is also into cooking, Phoebe then picked up an edition of a womans magazine called 'In Style', and on its cover there appeared to be a picture of Courtney, it was only for a few seconds, but I'm 90 % sure it was Courteney.
Those of you who have that episode on dvd or video will have to freeze the frame and have a look to be sure.
Well, a little Googling reveals that Courteney was indeed on the cover of InStyle for December 2002. So you're probably correct.

Jennifer, Lisa and Courteney have all appeared on the cover of InStyle. They've probably appeared more than once, but these are the ones I have.

After reading this the first time I was at the grocery store and there was "Style" magazine at the checkout with Courtney on the cover. They could have had an advance copy.
