Friends beauty Courtney Cox was last night mourning the death of her beloved father from liver cancer. Richard Cox, 62, had endured chemotherapy in a bid to beat the disease earlier htis year. Courtney paid tribute to her father when the smash-hit sitcom was aired in the US. As credits rolled for Thursday's episode, viewers saw the message: "In loving memory of Richard Cox Snr.". Richard divorced Courtney's mother when the actress was ten but the pair remained close. It is not known when he died or if he was at his home in Florida or with his daughter in LA. In June, Richard joined stars to celebrate Courtney's 37th birthday at her �8million Malibu home. The star's hubby David Arquette, 30, lost his own father Lewis in Febuary.
