TOW Joey's New Brain Review/Blooper Special

This was a good episode but not as good as last week's episode (TOW They All Turn Thirty).

I thought that the Chandler/Monica/Ross storyline was going to be the least funniest but turned out to be great although there weren't that many scenes that dealt with the bagpipes. The show mainly focused on Joey/Sarandon's and Rachel/Phoebe's scenarios.

R&P's storyline was funny for the first few minutes but I fealt it could of been done a little bit better, not to say it was bad, just not as good as I was expecting it to be although I did find it funny that Phoebe had the hots for the Old Man.

I liked the Joey and Sarandon storyline the best out of the show. LeBlanc and Sarandon know how to act quite well.

But what happened to the scene where Phoebe and Ross are playing both their guitar and bagpipes in Central Perk and no one was there to listen to them? I was expecting that part to show up because it sounded quite funny in the spoiler but I guess they replaced it with the blooper from the show instead.

Did anyone else notice that when Phoebe was singing along with Ross on the bagpipes that Jennifer could not stop laughing? I wanted to see Chandler and Monica's reaction too. (This is the regular scene not the blooper).

Overall I found it to be an all right episode. I wanted to laugh as much as I did in the previous episode but couldn't. So I give this episode a 7.8/10.

The blooper special was bit funnier (9.5/10). I thought the part where Jennifer opening the door and accidentally hurting David while he was writing on the Magna Doodle was quite funny. ~Matt~ ------------------------------------------------------- Fine! I loved both the regular episode, and the blooper show, but lose O'Brien!!!!!!

My favorites: The ad lib by MP when CC was lying on the sofa and said "I'm doing my brother" and he said "That's gross."

The second take of Joey rushing in, but MLB does a quick glance down to make sure he doesn't trip again -- I still wind up on the floor thinking about that one.

When Chandler's wearing rubber gloves and freaking out, which cracks up MLB and DS says, "He's gone."

(BTW, in the scene where Rachel and Phoebe are waiting for the cell phone guy to arrive: when Rachel jumps up to answer the door, didn't it seem that her skirt had ridden up ummm, rather *high?* I only mention it because... well, I'm a guy, and... well, I'm a pig.)

LOL! I thought that was good too.

I also liked the blooper where Phoebe asked, "What's that smell?" and MLB ad libs: "Sorry." I was ROFLMAO on the third take of the scene where he actually managed to say "I don't know, but it smells good."

I also liked the scene from TOW The Nap Partners, where MLB goes, "You've just walked in on Monica taking a nap with Ross. I'll be Monica."

Did anyone else notice that when Phoebe was singing along with Ross on the bagpipes that Jennifer could not stop laughing? -------

YES!! I watched it with a bunch of my friends and I was cracking up and kept saying "Look at Rachel! She's cracking up!" and they were all "No, she's supposed to do that!" and I kept saying "No, she's not! She just can't keep it in!" and then they showed the blooper at the end of the episode. I still crack up everytime I think of that scene. Jennifer was just completely GONE. It's like SNL- I love watching them lose it.

As for my favorite bloopers, it's a tough call. I was saying "PIVOT!! PI-VOT!!" all day and just remember rolling on the floor after hearing Ross scream it last night. Fat Monica dancing was hysterical and I loved when LeBlanc was patting Courteney's chest putting out the fire and MP ran up and started joining him. Also loved the scene were LeBlanc runs into Central Perk and imitating his previous fall, MP runs in and falls on top of him.

The whole time I was watching it I just kept thinking that they must have so much fun on that set. Could you imagine being in the live audience? Too funny.

ps- did anyone notice that the tall girl who played Sarandon's daughter on DOOL was in fact Sarandon's daughter in real life [I believe her name is Eva]? kinda cool. she had a lot of lines for someone who is not an actress.

Sorry just to jump in here. I'm a Newbie. The scene with the bagpipes had me on the floor but I didn't notice Jennifer. I wish I had taped it! Also fat Monica dancing had me hysterical too. I just love the show. Phoebe is my fav but they're all funny. And yes! the Pivot scene was totally funny too! Well there' s my 2 cents worth : ) Nanc

This had to be funniest show I've ever seen. The bagpipe scene with Phoebe singing was hysterical. I almost peed myself.

I also was laughing so hard at "Fat Monica" dancing her ass off. GO GIRL!!!!! (Didn't they show a little piece of that at the end of a previous episode?)

Joey falling, then looking so he wouldn't fall was a riot.

Pheobe speaking gutter, how talented is that?

the epi was great and teh bloopers were my favorite thing i have seen on tv in years. they were so funny i couldnt stop laughing for 20 minutes.
