Has anyone else noticed? Frank is on the phone to Alice's mother at the hospital, before he out the phone down he says "I love you"!!

Yeah but that's probably unlikely since we wouldn't know that she asked him that and besides it probably was an error as it was just a bit of dialogue and not a joke so the writers probably didn't spend much though on it.
