Will Joey & Phoebe get it on?

Just read on teletext that J&P might get it on together!!!

God, what a crappy storyline... and a sell out. If it's true then I'm very disappointed.

Same here; if LK is right in saying that they're being told we want J&P together, then something's definitely wrong in the communication lines. I most definitely do *not* want to see J&P together, and I know many others who don't... it's a sell-out, plain and simple.

And on that note, DS appears to have finally gotten the message about Ross, even if the writers haven't... he mentioned in a recent interview that he didn't like the image Ross has aquired, and wishes that the writers would make him "less doofy". Well, it's about flippin' time...

I also thought that putting C&M together was a bit of a raw deal too. Is this the writers way of dealing with coupling the group off without having to introduce new characters? I know it's a sitcom but this is unbelievable... and almost seems like incest! YUCK!!!

I couldn't have said it better myself. Somebody has to be left out of the couple picture. Ross, Rachel, Chandler, and Monica, are all accounted for already. That leaves Joey and Phoebe. Phoebe should end up with someone outside the group. Joey's character would be ruined by a permanent relationship anyway.

Wasn't it only a year ago that DS said he liked Ross' new image?

Ugh, not again.

R&R are going to end up together. It may not happen until 824, but it's going to happen. The show has invested so much time in this couple, it would be wrong to do otherwise. Besides, this is what most people want to see anyway. You happen to be in a very small minority.

I'm not really hoping for it. Personally my attitude is if it happens, great, if it doesn't oh well. I'm not an R&R fan particularly, but almost everyone can agree that they will end up together before the show ends. They're going to milk that storyline for all it's worth before putting them back together again. But it will happen eventually.

I think all the characters are ruined in permanent relations. Even C&M. They are both way funnier when they are not doing scenes together! I am really wishing something would happen and they would decide not to get married. I know it won't happen, but I really wish they would just decide to stay "friends". KIM

That line was crossed a long time ago. The characters are getting older now, and it's natural for them to want to finally grow up and start families of their own. They can't play singles in their 20s forever.

I personally would like to see them together but it may not happen. If Monica and Chandler were not put together as a couple then the Joey and Phoebe thing would look and work out well. But the writers have put the 2 most different characters together who have no real background on their past as "friends" and now they are a couple who are as dull as ever.

What I am trying to say is that I HOPE J&P become a couple..it would be a hell of a lot better and funnier than Mondler and would make the show interesting.

My opinion is that we already have seen the closest that Phoebe and Joey will get to each other from that one episode where he was dating Ursula - and he ended up kissing her when it was really Phoebe.

I am one of those that would like to see R and R get back together - however the writers may have ruined it by making his character out to be such a goofus/doofus the past couple seasons. A possible credible storyline to me would be for R&R not to marry but to move in together - perhaps in the last season (season 8 probably).

Not that I would want this, but once Chandler and Monica get married - possibly an interesting storline would be Phoebe and Chandler having a short-lived affair.
