I save all the spoiler posts and read them after the episode has aired. This one read "819 Spoiler" but doesn't have anything to do with the episode that aired. So is it a fake or is it for another episode coming up?

"Here's a quick overview of it... if you want me to describe anything in more detail, just ask... and I'll do my best!
The storylines were Rachel being moody because of pregnancy, Joey and Chandler at Joeys movie premiere, and Monica and Phoebe betting on when Rachel will have the baby.
Rachel is tired of being pregnant and wants to have the baby right away! She's very moody and takes it out on everyone, especially Ross.
Joey has to choose 1 person to go the movie premiere with him. After some thought he chooses Chandler as a way of paying him back for everything he's done for him in the past. --- Chandler ends up falling asleep during the movie --- Joey is very upset ... so he wants to actually pay him for everything he's done so that way he wont owe him anything anymore... they try to figure out everything he owes him for... Joey sees the total and realizes how much it actually is... so he says "well, it was just a little movie premiere, who cares if you fell asleep" and he forgives him.
Monica and Phoebe are betting on when Rachel will go into labor ... Monica thinks it'll be that day, Phoebe doesnt think so -- Phoebe wins... and they keep making more bets-- Later on in the episode Ross and Rachel get in on the bet too -- after about 2 days, Monica calls it off and doesnt want to bet anymore because she keeps losing.
Rachel and Ross go to the doctors. She says theres some things they can do to hurry the pregnancy, such as drinking herbal tea, eating hot foods, or the thing she's found to work the most - have sex. Ross says shes got to be kidding him.
At the end of the episode Ross and Rachel are in their apartment eating spicy food. Rachel is getting annoyed that Ross wont have sex with her. She says it's doctor recommended! -- Rachel tries to act all sexy around him, but it isnt working ... then she just gets mad and starts complaining about how he's acting... then Ross all of a sudden starts kissing her. After a little while Rachel pulls away and asks what he's doing... he says "I'm getting this baby out of you!" ... they go back at it --- then after a little while Rachel says her water broke! So they get up and get all her stuff to go to the hospital... when they get to the door and they're about to leave, Ross says "We're having a baby" ... and they look at eachother... then Rachel leans up and they kiss for real. Then Rachel starts rubbing his hand, and shes like "I havent read too much about this... but do you think we have time to, you know.." -- and Ross says "uhh...i dont think so" and grabs her hand and they walk out the door to go to the hospital.
Monica and Phoebe get the call that Rachels in labor and they leave to go to the hospital... thats how it ends, with them walking out the door.

"The Doctor scene --
We're in the Doctors office with Rachel and Ross. Rachel is sitting near on the chair/bed things while Ross is standing near the head of it looking off to the side. Nobody talks for a while ... then Rachel says "Ross, can I ask you something?" Ross says yeah.... then Rachel says "were you this annoying when Carol was pregnant with Ben?" --- Ross gets upset and tells Rachel that she's been really short with him lately. They argue a little then decide not to talk until the doctor gets there. It's quiet for a few seconds, then Rachel says "Thats great Ross, you're not gonna talk but you're gonna breathe really loud" then starts making loud breathing noises. Ross says "we should ask the doctor if she even knows how to deliver a baby thats half human and half PURE EVIL!" (Jennifer couldnt get through watching him say this without starting to laugh! She said she got through it all week during practices, but now she couldnt do it. They had to shoot that like 3 or 4 times. It was very funny!) Then the doctor walks in and Rachel is friendly to her... Ross wispers "sure you're nice to her.." and Rachel says it's because she has the drugs. The doctor looks her over then says that things are coming along and it should be too much longer. She says there are some things that can be done to hurry it along. Ross says "DO THEM!" ... the doctor says its things that can be done from home such as drinking herbal tea, eating hot foods, or what she's found to work the most is having sex. Rachel looks at Ross and he says "are you kidding me?!?"
Ross & Rachels appartment scene --
Ross and Rachel are eating dinner... The have spicy food in front of them. Ross tells her to eat pepper... he starts tearing up because it's too spicy for him. Rachel keeps trying to get him to just have sex with her. She says it's not like they havent done it before, it's what got them into this. She says it would be the bookends of the pregnancy. -- Ross refuses because he thinks it wouldnt be good for them. Rachel says that girls are like kethcup bottles, sometimes they need to be banged on the bottom before you get anything out of them. Ross sarcastically says that he loves when she talks dirty to him. She apologizes.. then tries a different approach, trying toact all sexy. She drops her fork on the ground then tries to bend over to pick it up... but cant because she's so big. Ross tells her to stop because its not gonna work. So they sit there, and she screams "you would think that the pepper would have cleared up your sinuses, but no...." and makes the breathing noises again. -- thats when Ross just starts kissing her. And he says that he's gonna get the baby out of her! Her water breaks right away ... and Ross says "I'm good!" --- thats when the last scene by the door happens"

" What was the cast doing in between takes ? - A lot of times they would be going over lines, they would also just be talking to eachother... there were some kids from make a wish there, so they would go over by them if they had the time. Some people from the audience would scream for them to wave, and they would do that. -- Just stuff like that
What was the audience response ? - The crowd was really into it... everybody went crazy with the last Rachel andRoss scene. -- in between, when not trying to get the actors attention, they would be trying to get the warm up guy to give them friends cups, pencils, hacky sacks... stuff like that
Did they give you any info so you could catch up with the story and understand what happened ? - They showed us the last scene of I guess the episode that will be on before this one airs. -- They were all in Central Perk, but I forget what they were talking about, sorry -- but I remember thinking that something already happened between Ross and Rachel, because they were very close and he was rubbing her arm and kissing her head ... but then when nothing was really going on with them during this ep, I figured I was wrong. (also when I got in they were in the middle of watching the episode that just aired last week
How long did the taping last ? - The taping last a little over 6 hrs. I thought that was long, but heard that it usually is longer than that. They gave us pizza twice throughout the taping.
Were you VIP ? How long did you have to wait before you could go inside ? - Yes, I was VIP -- We had to go through a lot of security checks before getting in. I think I had to show ID 3 or 4 times! We were in traffic, so we were some of the last to get in
Where did you sit ? - 2nd row in front of Central Perk... with Ross & Rachels apartment to the right of us on the side"

This will be pretty detailed, so dont read if you dont want to know everything This is from an email I wrote my friend, so it has a lot of the jokes... I'm not sure you want to read all of them, so I'm just warning you -- I'll leave out the parts I already told with Ross & Rachel. -- This is mainly the order it's in, but I might have mixed a few things up ... especially with the Phoebe/Monica betting scenes ... I'm not exactly sure where all of them go
Well... here it goes --
The first scene takes place in Central Perk ... Joey, Chandler, Monica, Phoebe, and Ross are all sitting and talking together -- Joey says the premiere of his movie is coming up, and all of them will be invited to go with him. Monica says she loves going in a limo when nobody has died! -- Rachel comes barging in and you can tell that everyone is afraid of her because she's so moody. She cant believe that she hasnt had the baby yet. Ross tells her that he's sorry and wants to know if there's anything he can do. Rachel flips out on him saying "You...you... you've done enough!!!!!" or something like that. Ross says he wishes they were sea horses... and Rachel gives him a weird look... then he says because with sea horses the male has the baby, and also because they would be in the sea, and he could be far away from her. He sees this conversation isnt going well, so he sits back down. Rachel motions for Chandler, Monica, and Joey to move over... they scoot over a little bit, but then realize how big Rachel is, so they squish really far over to the side. Phoebe starts telling Rachel that she knows how she is feeling because she felt the same way when she was pregnant with the triplets, and Rachel cuts her off saying "thats a real nice story, Pheebs, but do you mind telling it while you get me some lemonade?" --- Rachel starts talking to the babies yelling at them to "GET OUT... GET OUT!" ... Chandler looks around, and then he's like "yeah, lets..." and they all get up and leave Central Perk.
The next scene takes place in Monica & Chandlers apartment. Monica, Phoebe, Chandler, and Joey are sitting around. Rachel barges in yet again and Chandler looks at her and says "Let me guess, still no baby?" ... Rachel tells him that if he doesnt watch it she will go over there and sit on him! Rachel tells them that they gave her maternity leave early so now all she can do is hang around with them. Phoebe says "or maybe you can try volunteer work!" Joey's cell phone starts ringing... Rachel says "If that phone rings ONE more time...!" It's his agent. She says good news, she got him 2 tickets to the premiere of his movie. He said that he thought he was going to have six tickets... she said he was, but she sold the others on ebay. After he hangs up, he says that he only has one ticket and wonders how he'll be able to pick between Monica, Phoebe, Ross, and Chandler. Rachel says "hey!" ... Joey turns around and says that she said she didnt want to go. Rachel says she doesnt, but just because she's pregnant doesnt mean she has to be invisible. Joey says "You're definitely NOT invisible..." and turns to the rest of the group shakin his head and like rolling his eyes. Monica says "well Ross isnt here, so if you snooze you lose.." Chandler says that Ross isnt snoozing, he's teaching a class. Monica says "Well then we know SOMEBODY is snoozing!" Then Monica says that if he asks her that she was going to wear this new sequined dress that has a really low top. Chandler says he's never seen that dress before, and she says "yeah, well be in a movie.." -- Phoebe then says that he should choose whoever his heart tells him to... then she starts patting her heart going "phoebe, phoebe, phoebe..." -- Joey says that his heart is telling him to pick Chandler. (Phoebe makes a sound of her heart stopping) Joey starts saying how this is the way he can pay Chandler back for everything he's done for him. Chandler says "So you're never actually going to pay me back, are you?" ... Joey lists things Chandler has done such as helping him pay for things, being there for him all the time, believing in him, going to his first audition with him, etc... Chandler says that he's always new he could do it and he's very proud of him. Phoebe says "Hey Monica, I think maybe one of these 2 will wanna wear your new dress!" Joey and Chandler get uncomfortable, so Joey gets up and says he has to shave, and Chandler stands up and says "and I have to... spit"
They showed a pre-taped segment of Joey and Chandler walking into the premiere... Joey asks Chandler to make himself shorter because the actor is always supposed to seem really big. Chandler tries to make himself appear shorter and they walk into the movie.
Meanwhile, Phoebe, Monica, and Rachel are at Monicas apartment. Rachel says the baby thinks that her bladder is a squeeze toy, and leaves for the bathroom. Phoebe tells Monica that when Rachel comes out, that Monica should hold her nose, Phoebe will blow in her mouth, and the kid will just pop right out of her! -- Monica cant believe she hasnt had the baby yet. Phoebe says she thinks it'll still be a little while before she does. Monica says "really? wanna make this a little more interesting?" ... Monica thinks she'll have the baby by that time the next day. Phoebe thinks she wont. Monica asks what they should bet. Phoebe says "ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!" Monica says "How about $50?". Rachel yells from the bathroom for somebody to come help her. Phoebe and Monica each try to get the other one to go... then Pheobe says "We're not here right now..." then realizes that now she has to be the one to go! Ross comes to the door and asks if Rachel is there because they have a doctors appointment. Monica says shes in the bathroom. Rachel yells something from the bathroom and Ross says "and people ask me why we're not together anymore..." -- Rachel comes out wearing a really short tight tank top and a black skirt. Ross looks at his watch and says "well you still have a little while to change". Rachel says she's not changing, and Ross says "dont you think thats a little inappropriate?" Rachel gets mad and says that it's 100 degrees outside and she finally feels a little bit comfortable and that she's not changing! Ross says something like "ok, you're the mommy" and Rachel says "no, no, no... it's bad enough you call your own mother that!" and walks out the door. Ross turns to Monica and she says "I agree with her on that one". Rachel yells for Ross from down the hall. Ross looks to Phoebe and Monica and says "Neither of you would want to be Ross, right?" they shake their heads, and he walks out the door.
They filmed both scenes of Joey and Chandler watching the movie at the same time, so I'm nto sure when they will be shown in the episode, but this is what they were... Joey is watching the movie then says "ok the big fight scene is coming up..." then turns to see that Chandler is sleeping. Joey turns back to the screen looking very upset. --- the next scene was with everyone clapping at the end of the movie, then Chandler wakes up and pretends to clap too. Joey plays along with him and asks what his favorite scene was. Chandler says all of it. Joey asks for specifics, and Chandler says "the specifics were the best part!" ... then Joey asks what he thought about the scene with the kangeroo. Chandler thinks this over then says "I was kind of confused about why there would be a kangeroo in a World War 1 epic..." Then Joey stops him and says "you were sleeping! There was no kangeroo, they didnt use any of my suggestions!!" Chandler tries to cover up that he was sleeping by saying that it was actually Joey that fell asleep, and that he's still sleeping right now, then he slaps him. Joey just says "thanks a lot" and walks out the door. (the first time they shot this they had Chandler say "you dont wanna be in the limo all by yourself.." then Joey goes up to a girl and put his arm around her and they walk out together --- the 2nd and 3rd time they had Chandler see another guy sleeping and he says "See, he's sleeping too, be mad at him!" then the guy isnt moving at all and Chandler goes "or call and ambulance" -- everyone liked that ending better so I think thats the one we'll see)

Phoebe, Monica, Ross, and Rachel are in Central Perk --- Rachel and Ross are talking about how they tried everything to get the baby to come faster, but it hasnt worked. Rachel looks at Ross and says, "except for one thing" -- Monica asks what it is that they havent tried, and that they should definitely try it! (because she wants to beat Phoebe in the bet) -- Rachel says the doctor says sex is the best way... Monica says they should definitely do it! .... Phoebe (because she wants to win) says shes against it... she says "think of what it would do to the group!" ... Rachel thinks it wouldnt be that big of a deal but that "Ross thinks it would open a can of worms" (in a whiney voice) -- Monica says well it doesnt have to be sex with Ross, she can borrow Chandler, he's really good. Rachel says she doesnt really want to do that. Then Ross asks why Monica is so into this... she admits they have a bet going. Ross goes on and on about how he cant believe they would bet on how long their friend will be going through all this misery... then Rachel cuts in and says she wants to be a part of it. Ross wants in too --- they both side with Phoebe
Then we have Joey and Chandler at Chandlers apartment ... they walk in and Joey has his check book ... he wants to pay back for everything Chandler ever did for him because Chandler fell asleep during the movie so he doesnt feel like he actually payed him back. Chandler says no, but Joey insists --- He starts listing off things such as paying for first head shot $500 .... paying for second "booger headshots" $500 ... then Joey says "so far that would be....." and he cant figure out what that comes to -- Chandler finally says "do you need a calculator?" -- Joey says yes, then punches in the numbers and realizes it is $1000 (makes a face like 'oh of course') ... then continues adding up everything such as rent, food, etc... --- sees the total, realizes how much $ it is, then says "well, it was just a premiere... who cares if you fell asleep, right??" He forgives him then tries to figure out how to clear the calculator.
The next day at Central Perk... Monica pays Phoebe $100, Rachel $50 and Ross $2!

Last scene is Monica telling Phoebe they are done betting... then the phone rings.... Monica answers it ... she acts all calm and hangs up... then goes over and is like "or we can bet one more time.... -- Phoebe says "Rachel's in labor, right?" ... Monica screams "How did you know that?!?!" .... thenshe runs to the hall and screams "Joey, Chandler... Rachels in labor" --- Phoebe says that they are at the coffee house. Monica says "You know EVERYTHING!" ---then she says "I bet it's a girl... I bet it will way over 7 lbs..., etc..." --- they leave the apartment... and the episode is over!
