Just saw "The one with the Baby on the Bus" in sydication again. The subplot, if you don't recall, had Central Perk hiring a professional to sing there (played by Chrissie Hynde). Pheobe was left to play out in the street. She felt bad for "Smelly Cat" because when she played it, she only got $ .25 and a condom. While talking to Rachel, a guy comes back in a hurry, looking for his condom. It sure as hell looked like Giovanni Ribisii, who also played Pheobe's brother. He played it pretty much the way he plays Frank Jr. Guy didn't have a name, and didn't appear in the credits - can anyone confirm this one for me?

So far as I know he was only playing "condom guy" in that episode and the writers never intended it to be the first meeting between Phoebe and her brother. If it was, Phoebe would likely have mentioned it in their subsequent meetings. By the way, Giovanni Ribisi is a great actor who probably doesn't have to take too many bit parts anymore. If you get a chance, I recommend his film 'Boiler Room'.
