Last night, I saw TOW The Dirty Girl, and was able to make out GROVE ST on one of the signposts. GROVE ST is in the Heart of Greenwich Village, which means I have lowered the location down to 3. The most likely is GROVE ST and BEDFORD ST, just by the shape of the corner and street. The other 2 possibilities are GROVE ST and HUDSON ST, or GROVE ST and BLEEKER ST, though these are less likely.

It's Grove and Bedford - the door to the apartment building is on Grove Street. Lovely neighbour hood - although no Central Perk type place in sight!
