I don't know if it has been discussed here before, and probably we'll never see her in the show but I have to choices to play her. They're Christina Applegate and Tiffani-Amber Thiessen. I know they're younger than Jennifer but it's not big difference. What do you think?

Uhhh... Megan Mullaly. She won an Emmy for playing a bitchy woman who's older than Rachel. Hell, her W&G character could BE Rachel's sister. Except I think it'd be weird for her younger sister to have her first name as her middle name.

I've said before that Nicole Kidman is a good choice. If they could get Bruce Willis and Julia Roberts, they could get her for an episode or two. From various episodes, we have gathered that Rachel's has masculine energy, decorates with wicker, and either is "bitter" or "bit her" (depending on what you thought Phoebe said). Kidman could do this pretty well.
