I downloaded 906 from Kazza (Big Thanx to the Capture File Man) and I expected an hours worth less ads say 38 - 43 mins

Its 31 mins

Please tell me that was not stretched out to an hour in the US

It wasn't. The supersized shows are 45 minutes including commercials.
