I don't know if anyone has noticed this...proably have actually. But in 523 when Monica hugs the person after she wins at the table when Chandler is looking for her, it's Adam Chase with glasses on. I'm sure there were other instances of the crew appearing in the background but I can't remember them!

Don't forget that it was Curtis's episode, and he was the one who wrote in Phoebe's line about Joey being an evil genius, which meant he could write that on the Magnadoodle. Anyone who had been following ATF for a few months had no doubts after that, though Evil Jo was not pleased.
