Season 8 Wishlist (Spoilers)

I've been so happy that we are finally seeing new episodes. So far I am really enjoying this season. But, now all of a sudden I am starting to get a little sad because this is probably the last season. I feel like we are going to get cheated out of so many things.

I thought maybe it would be fun if we could all write up what we hope to see happen this season before the show ends. And then, if you wish, add in what you would feel cheated on missing out on seeing because of the show ending.

I'm going to add some spoiler space now: . . . . . . . . .. . . . . Okay, here's what I hope to see this season:

1. I hope that Monica and Chandler can have some sweet and tender moments and stop acting like your stereotypical sitcom married couple.

2. I hope that Ross and Rachel do get together by the end of the season, but I don't want it to be easy. I'd like it to take most of the season to discover that they really are each others lobsters.

• I hope that Rachel has the baby before the last episode.

• And I really hope they have a girl.

• I'm undecided on Phoebe & Joey hooking up.

6. I'd like to see an episode where Rachel tells her parents that she is with child.

• An episode dealing with the WTC tragedy.

Predictions & Speculation: Not sure if Rachel will be able to continue living with Joey in their apartment. That bedroom is too small to put a baby in it. It barely fits the bed. I'm not even sure if there is enough room at Ross' place for 3. So, where would Rachel go? I also think at some point Monica is going to get very jealous of Rachel's pregnancy and pressure Chandler into starting their family.

Things I feel cheated about if this is (which I'm sure it is) the last season:

1. Never getting to see Monica and Chandler becoming parents. I thought for sure last season that monica would be pregnant this season and have a baby by the end of the series.

• Not getting to see Ross & Rachel raise their child together.

• Not seeing if Phoebe & Joey do get together

This is the first show ever in my life that I have watched religiously every season. Usually, I get enthusiastic about a show but by the 2nd or 3rd season I have lost interest. I'm going to be very sad seeing this show go. :(

Maybe the time is right for Joey to get involved in a remake of ``The Virus takes Manhattan.''

Me too. And I don't think there's a chance that Rachel and Ross will NOT get married on the last episode.

If the show doesn't continue, that's pretty much irrelevant.

They've been hinting at that, but I don't think it will happen. I also don't want it to happen. The show would end up being about three couples instead of six friends.

That should be good. I wonder if Rachel's parents can now see each other.

Please, no. We have enough about this on the news (and I live in Argentina).

This is probably inevitable. But it can make for a good episode.

I agree. But then it would be the 4th pregnancy on the show. That can get a little old.

But the show has never been about parenthood. How many times have we seen Ben since he was born? Seven? And how many of those his appearance affect only Ross?

I don't really want they to get together, I think that would ruin the show for me. I'd like to see more of Phoebe's father (her issues with him weren't resolved in TOW Joey's Bag and he hasn't been mentioned since).

If they drag it out too much, a lot of people will tune out. I know I will. But so far I love they way they are developing the story. I wasn't big on Rachel and ROss getting back together but seeing them in 803, I've already changed my mind. :)

Oh don't worry. She will probably have the baby during February and they'll be married in May.

This is pretty much a given, Ross already has a son. JA and DS have said in an interview that they'd like a girl.

They've dropped hints in 802 & 803. I think its going to happen but I'm not sure if I'm going to like it. It might turn out good but it all depends on how they write it out.

Not going to happen. The shows producers have already said they won't deal with the attacks in the show.

She could move into a bigger place with Ross!!

Ofcourse, she won't be Monica if she didn't do that.

I'd like to see them announce she's pregnant towards the end of the season atleast.

If its Ross and Rachel's kids they show cannot ignore the baby like they've with Ben. It will have to feature regularly. It'd be neat to see Rachel as a mom.

I don't think I'll be too disappointed about that.

It'll be sad it see it go. Like they say in Friends, 'It’s the end of an era!

I personally wouldnt mind C&M break up and have chandler end up with Janice, like most of you Im against havin all 6 of them in relationships, especially Joey since it goes against his character to be involved with ONE woman for the rest of his life
