I plugged my TV cable into a crystal bowl I found in the attic and it gave me a glimpse at future Friends episode just before my cat broke it. Wait, my cat's dead -- something's spooky 'round here... Although this isn't a real spoiler, for it entirely comes out of my mind, err broken crystal bowl, you might not want to read this, because it might be right or might have mixed up one or two spoilers I-t read. It doesn't qualify as fan fiction neither, as it's mainly one dialogue -- and my newsserver doesn't have the appropriate ng for that stuff.
816 - TOW Monica's Soulmate
Scene 1 I don't know how to continue the Central Perk Joey & Ross scene and it was cut out in the CBN (Crystal Bowl Network) syndication. Opening Credits Scene 2 Ross at Chandler & Monica's, sitting at the kitchen table, eating corn flakes. Monica sits across the table, Chandler stands right behind her, his hands on her shoulders. M:"So how do you feel?" R:"I dunno. It's a bit weird..." C:"What's weird? You living together with your highschool love, ex-girl-friend, ex-drunk-in-Las-Vegas-married-wife, mother of your unborn child and your best friend's having feelings for her? Ask Joey, he knows stuff like that from work." Laughter. R:reproachful look at Chandler. "I mean it shouldn't be a problem for me at all. But - You know, if there's a Joey & Rachel <pause>, there won't be a Ross & Rachel." Audience 'aw'-ing. M:"So you still love Rachel?" R:"No. I mean yes, no, I don't know. I love the baby and I love living with her, but it's not important at all. Rachel doesn't love me [any more]." M:"How do you know?" R:"[She told me. || She keeps telling.]" C:"[So did you. || You mean, like you do?]"
Scene 3 Central Perk Joey & Phoebe talking about the same stuff.
Scene 4 Rachel enters C&M's, Ross is still sitting there. r:"Hi guys! What's up?" C&M:"Hi, Rach!" R: mumbling "Nothin'." M:"How's the baby doing?" r:"Fine, I got to pee all day, but the baby's fine. You remember taking me to antenatal exercises[1] at eight, Ross?" R: "Sure." Taking a deep breathe. Stands up, going to leave the room. [...connection lost, I can't tell you who's Mon's soulmate...]
[1] Is there a more common expression for that?
And in 817 - "TOW with the Big Fight" we'll see Chandler and Monica quarrel. That argueing makes Chandler move out into Joey's for 1 or 2 episodes and there's good buddies stuff once again (Foosball, pizza, TV etc.). This is cheering up Joey, too, although desillusionating his view on C&M's relationship.
The baby is unexpectedly born somewhere between 820 and 823. The season's (yay, not series finale) cliffhanger will be the one I expected happening before the Olympics: Rachel lying in bed, arms around someone you cannot see clearly. r:"I love you." Fade out. I'm not saying she'd sex with whatever guy she's lying next to. It might as well be Ross who helped her with the baby and fell asleep. Or Joey. Or the yet unknown third one.
