well, as suspected joey and rachel are over....THANK G-D!! And i think they did it in a very appropriate way--based on friendship, which the show is really about. As far as the episode itself, not one of my faves yet again. I haven't thought that these first 3 episodes have been up to friends standards. Funny moments, but eh, nothing that really had me on the floor. And just a side comment, is it just me or have the writers been having joey and rachel make out more than monica and chandler AND ross and rachel combined?

now as for R&R getting back together - i guess it's not all that important to me that they do, just that there's the possibility. i guess ending R&J so early gives more time to make a possible R&R reunion more plausible. or just more time for the writers to jerk around the R&R fans ^_~. either way, i'm up for it...

Spoilers . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Well, I liked the show, but agree the Ross plotline was dreadful! Has "Goofy Ross" been stupider EVER? Not just the character, but the whole idea!

On J&R, I'm really glad they had this thing of theirs for the last two seasons, it worked nicely. I'm also glad they ended it now. It seemed like good timing; having them get them out of each others' system.

And the final scene of them was as classy as the first shows of this storyline ("Terrified", "It's Rachel", etc.).

I've never taken sides, as it were, on which couple I prefer. I liked the J&R saga, but believe it'll be R&R in the end, just because it makes sense to me. The "getting everyone else out of their system" theory sounds right, though they gotta let go of "Goofy Ross" before they can have grown up in all that time.

Well those spray tanning things are a little strange at first. The first time I got in one, I didn't think to take a deep breath and hold it before the spraying started and then I ended up trying to breath and just about choking. When it stopped for the six seconds when you're supposed to turn around, I was so busy catching my breath that I didn't turn around! But at least I only did it once. :)
