You can buy the DVDs in UK. The first 3 DVDs are in stock on www.play.com and you can preorder the other three. The first three DVDs contain the episodes 1-12. The DVDs are region 2, so you need a DVD which is able to play R2 DVDs.
To download the episodes you can try on mIRC, irc.irchighway.net, channel #downloadfriends. The only website I know is the french one, but there you can download only the last episode so I won't suit your needs.
