More "Friends" in the news

The Associated Press feature that crosses my wire at work referred to in an earlier post had more "Friends" news today. Basically, it said the cast wanted to make the same amount the cast of "Seinfeld" had been making its last season. Off the top of my head, I think the number is something like $600,000. As Fox News Channel says, "We Report, You Decide." Are the "Friends" stars worthy of the same amount as "Seinfeld"? Is "Friends" doing for NBC today what "Seinfeld" was a couple of years ago? Personally, I always preferred "Friends" to "Seinfeld." Also, keep in mind what NBC is paying for "E.R." How much is "Friends" making for NBC, Time-Warner? If you were the head of NBC, what would you do?

The "Friends" had also said earlier that it wasnt about the money but about the quality of the show. ~Act icq# 12143976
