Friends Quote Of The Day....

Howdy,

I just had an idea for an email ring or mailing list.. one of the two. I'm not sure if one of these exists already or not, I haven't joined any friend mailing lists...

Anyway, here's the idea:

If we did an email ring, everyone could take turns sending out a quote to everyone (limiting it to one per day so we don't run out right away)

OR...

we could have a mailing list that I could moderate, and everyone could submit quotes, so that everyone can guess which episode it came from.

I've kinda stolen the idea from a film/tv quotes mailing list I'm on... there's a Mega movie quote that lasts a week, and you're given clues as to where it's from (different clue each day). people submit their answers through a website, and a tally is kept on the numbers of right and wrong answers.

Then there's two movie quotes, each with a clue, and a tv quote. (These are daily)

At the bottom of the email is all the answers.

anyway, I thought a Friends version would be pretty cool... just cuz I love it so much. <g>

I just thought I'd post here and see how much interest there is first before I do anything about it.

Oh, I'm on that Film / TV Quotes mailing list too! That Chris bloke is kinda boring. I think he must have spent his entire life at the movies. They probably numbed his brain.
