Okay, I was reading a spoiler on NBC Media or whatever. Its for February 8th, and well, there's something I just didn't understand. Here it is:

RACHEL AND 'FRIENDS' TURN 30 IN SUPER-SIZE EPISODE -- Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) agonizes when the gang celebrates her 30th birthday and while they all reflect on their own goofy experiences on their previous 30th birthday parties -- including Monica's (Courteney Cox Arquette) comic attempts to conceal her intoxication from her parents (guest stars Elliott Gould and Christina Pickles ) -- Rachel ponders how to meet her remaining life goals. Meanwhile, Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) remembers when she discovered sobering news from her sister Ursula (Kudrow) on her 30th and Ross (David Schwimmer) also recalls his embarrassing fling with a red sports car when he hit the magic number. Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc also star. Eddie Cahill guest-stars.
Rachel is just now turning 30? She was 28 back in Season 4, when she dressed up as a cheerleader to impress Joshua at Emily's Bon Voyage party. (Remember when she told Ross, "I'm a 28 year old cheerleader with a fat lip"?), That would've put her at 30 last year....I would have thought she would have been 31 or 32.
