http://friends-tv.org/epguide.html is a great source of info for this sort of stuff, assuming you can ballpark guess when the episode occurred (or can remember enough things that happened to guess the title).

Funny you should ask, as that is the episode that reran on my local station Wed. evening. I had never seen that one (don't ask how...I wasn't really into the Richard storyline, so I must've just skipped it then...), and it's kind of funny...Joey's face in the final scene was great. Never been a huge fan of Janice either...yuk!!!
