I was just at the NBC website and it said something about Rachel fixing the sink. It didn't say anything about what really happened with the self-defense stuff and the Unagi (i'm not sure of the spelling). I thought this was weird since it is the NBC website.

Not only that, but I don't remember anything about Chandler buying her a valentines gift, before he realized that they were supposed to make them.
Must be like in Tow The Apothecary Table, how they changed the plot. Too bad, because I know some people were looking forward to the sink story.
