I found myself at Chinese Theatre in Hollywood for a world premiere of Scream 2. I had no idea I would be in an audience of celebs.
The lobby was packed, and I overheard someone say they had seen Dave S. So I went looking around. I ran into JA, DS, MLB and MP at the popcorn counter.
I REALLY wanted to see Jennifer, but damn if she didn't have all of her hair curled! Permed like. It totally blew that fantasy all to hell. They all hung together, although Matthew was a bit more off on his own. MLB just leaned against a counter looking like he'd tear your head off if you spoke to him. Maybe that's how he handles crowds (I don't blame him). He had a black leather jacket on and a couple days worth of beard. VERY menacing looking. No smiles.
Davis was David, what can I say. I WAS surprised they were all so tall, around 6 foot or so.
Perry started getting asked questions by a VERY lovely lady, so he was oblivious to the fact that I was trying to walk behind him (between him and the counter. I finally had to gently push him away (he never even noticed) to get around him. I saw him later as he came into the theatre. I was standing there and he made brief eye contact then looked quickly away. Another way of dealing with the riff raff I suppose. I don't blame him either.
Lisa came in late after the lights were down (I was sitting by the door so I could see in the lobby light). Eating what looked to be an ice cream cone. I never did see Courtney, though she was obviously there.
It was cool!
