Looks like the quality *is* slipping.

"Friends" didn't get an Outstanding Comedy nod for the 2001 Emmys.

Aniston and Kudrow WERE nominated once again for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy.

"It's true! It's true!"--Kurt Angle, the *other* Real American Hero Life sucks, but you *can* do something about it.

Yeah well who cares about the Emmy's..a lot of my favorites haven't been nominated in a while. There are newer shows now that deserve some recognition. It's not really a diss not to be nominated anyway, nominations are supposed to be recognizing outstanding performances. So if Friends isn't one of the top 5 critically, then that's the way it is. It's just not fresh like it used to be.

What I want to know is why exactly Jennifer and Lisa were nominated this year and not Matt Le Blanc. That's the one thing I would gripe about in regards to Friend nominations. NBC's promo showed Friends getting 5 noms-the rest must have been techinical or for writing.

Why did JA get nominated?? For the kiss episode, I should think not. Anyway, MLB should have been nominated. I wonder why he never gets a nod from the Emmys. But then the Emmy's has always been biased so no point arguing on that one.

Tennant you liked season 7??? You wrote in your review for 701 that the actors are looking old. The show has shown its age too. I mean, season 7 wasn't their best, the worst maybe (excepting a few episodes).

Lets hope for better performance all round next season.
