When will we be able to download 613?

The annoying thing is, I'm getting it on tape in a couple of weeks, but I *can't* cap it because I don't have the facilities or the hard drive to do it. :(

The really annoying thing, though, is that now those who rely on the downloads can't watch 614 early either because it's a two-parter. :(

If Clark can cap it himself, I'd be happy to, provided the person sending me it doesn't mind. The only thing I'm worried about is that by the time I've copied it to send to him, it's going to be *really* bad quality on the VHS, and to be honest I don't like sending originals through the post. I think I'm going to attempt to cap it myself with the help of a friend who knows more about this than I do. :)

Alot of talk about Vid Cap-ing going on. I do tape the episodes for myself. If anyone would be happy to share the easiest way of doing it (the transfer to mpg,mov,or rm) then send me email about the hardware involved, as well as the software. I was looking into buying a new video card anyway, so maybe I can help some of the NG people as well.

You need a TV card to do it - try looking at www.hauppage.com (think that's the address) for a good one.

No I don't mind, you can do whatever you want with *this* tape. :) Tomorrow after work I'll see if I can get to the post office before it closes. If not, then it'll be Monday. In any case, it shouldn't be *too* long before you get it.

Well, I don't know about you other guys, but I hope to get 614 as soon as possible even though I haven't seen 613. I'll just have to rely on the spoilers.

If RRJCM remembers to cap the episode tonight, it will be available, right?

I live in australia and if someone wanted to send me it, i could capture it straight away... i think it might cost a bit though, and the tapes might be different.. how about when it gets aired in UK? somebody can capture it then... i am not sure where UK are up too etc, but arent they behind? Anyway I would capture if i could, but we are like 6 months behind :(

p.s i can capture UK tapes though =)

It really wouldn't be advisable to do that - it's a two-part episode, you *can't* watch the second part before the first part because it wasn't designed to be watched like that. You *really* would be better off just waiting until someone (hopefully me, depending on whether my mate's computer can do it) can get 613 captured and put up.

It's so frustrating that all the Friends-fans in the rest of the world have to rely on only RRJCM and Clark Kent (who are doing an EXCELLENT job, by the way) to get the latest episodes. But, anyway, thanks a lot to those guys!
