Which episode?

I have the episode list and reviews recently put out by Entertainment Weekly, and either I somehow missed it on my one reading, or I dreamed an episode a few years back.

I remember a storyline in which the girls are being bothered by a noisy upstairs neighbor. Phoebe goes up to tell him off and we hear muffled angry words that gradually sound nicer in tone, culminating in the sounds of thy rythmic movements of a bed.

At the end of the episode, Pheobe is downstairs and we can hear the bed movements, indicating the neighbor is with someone else. Chandler has a line reassuring her that the guy seemed to be enjoying himself more with Pheobe. Assuming I didn't completely imagine this story, what was Chandler's exact line? (Actually I can't even swear it was Chandler)
