After Rachel asks Chandler if he has any ribbon, he looks in a draw and says something like, (paraphrasing) "Oh yeah, we've got satin, lace, velvet ... etc." Then, after giving a curious look, says, "I think my testicles might be in there too."

So at least Chandler knows he's acting that way, which almost makes up for it. It was another pretty damn funny line too.
