It seems likely that the next Rachel pregnancy plot-point will be her family finding out. Jill and Rachel's other sister (who should be named Hunter, since Hunter Green is an amusing name, IMHO) could show up, glad Rachel is pregnant out of wedlock due to a long-standing Lincoln High School betting pool about the Green Sisters.
