What's wrong with Perry's face in S7??

I know he had issues but I cannot determine what exactly is missing on his face!?

He's fine in S8 and S9 but in S7 it's different!?

Anybody who figured it out?

I don't think it's what is missing. I think it's that he was heavier. So, his face was puffy and as a result less defined.
