What happened to Phoebe's apartment

... okay, I know, it burnt down in 618. But we're actually in 705 now, which in Friends time must be about two months later. And still it seems, like Phoebe and Rachel have made themselves pretty comfortable at Mondler's and Joey's... Wouldn't an appartment be pretty much restored after two months, especially if it was just the bedrooms and the bathroom? Or did Phoebe cancel her lease, because she had to spend all her money on new stuff, since it was lost in the fire? And maybe Rachel decided to stay at Joey's since otherwise Joey probably couldn't afford the apartment. I would love to see it, if they'd actually explain all that...

I thought Phoebe's Grandmother had lived somewhere completely different to that. In TOW Phoebe's Dad, I seem to remember them living in a house...or am I just mad?! :o)
