Hmm, I always wondered when it would be my time to write one of these posts. I've seen countless ones in my time here, so here goes.

Well, I don't have time, or the energy (quite a night last night!) to write out several pages, listing all the people who I've met here and met also IRL.. I'll have a go at it now, sorry for any glaring omissions, please forgive me:

Jim, Chis, Jacqui, Corkster, Lora, Larissa, Fiona, Claire, Tiggs, Dimmo, Mint, Miss Piggy, Paul Mitchell, Paul Hyett, Celt, Dave, Kat, Daywalker, Tags, Jeffers... and most of all Slang, words can't describe her.. but if they could, they'd *all* be fantastic ones.

I really would like to go into a nice long paragraph discussing how things 'used to be', but I can't cover it all.. the tampon talks, the gobledygook threads, StuStuStu, Footlights (I'll be in my trailer, darlings) and the the famous IRC channel, #umtf (which has moved around so often we've permenantly fitted wheels onto it to make this easier).

As many of you hopefully know, it's Southampton I'm heading off to, for an all new exhilarating life at university, at least that's what I'm told. I'm sure it's more about debts, starving to death and falling asleep in fields... hang on, I did all of that last Friday, I'm sure. I'll be studying Computer Science... only God knows why, and he sure won't tell me the answer.. but please hope I have fun. :)

I won't have a (good / free) net connection anymore, but if I do get online and have access to IRC, I might drop in #umtf on EFNet (irc.carrier1.net.uk for a good server), so you may catch me there. If I'm not there, that's probably a good thing as I'm off having sordid fun in some pub/club/establishment/shack.

Well.. I really can't think of anymore to say, it's the end of an era for me - Although for some reason I'm sure I've gone through 7 eras here already.

And this last bit will matter, to the people that matter...

Mmm.. University.

Wow, I got a mention! At least I'm not *completely* forgotten around here. ;) Have fun and best of luck in college! (Oh, and try not to fall asleep in so many fields; it doesn't sound very safe.
